Join us for an afternoon where grounding meets creativit. Starting with a gentle yoga practice designed to reconnect you with your breath, your body, and the present moment. Through mindful movement, we’ll awaken our inner flow and prepare the space for creation.
Then, we’ll bring that creativity into our hands. Shaping clay, feeling its texture, and crafting our own matcha bowls. It’s a journey from inner stillness to tangible expression, from movement to form. Because creation, in itself, is a form of meditation.
Let’s gather in stillness, move with intention, and create something beautiful together.
