Ready to unwind and stretch with Mother Nature? Join us in person for a relaxing Yoga by the Lake session! Feel the gentle breeze, hear the calm water, and find your inner peace. A welcoming community event designed for everybody and every BODY, accesible and inclusive. Yoga is a supportive practice that works alongside your chosen approach to wellness. Leave feeling grounded, more agile and deeply restored, embracing the benefits of the elements paired with connection. Donations are welcome for this community event.

Info: A qualified yoga instructor and experienced event host. Farren will follow the grounding and welcome by leading rounds of sun salutations. This will prepare us for the main flow.
Karrie Chapman - insta @karriechapmancoaching
Info: Karrie, a qualified yoga instructor, life coach and NLP practitioner will lead us all through our main hatha yoga slow flow. The flow will embody the elements of nature, and will focus on the connection between body and mind. Adaptations will be available.
Olivia Carter - insta @livlifecoach
Info: Olivia is a qualified yoga instructor, life coach and fitness instructor who will guide us through the cool down and final meditation. Leave the session feeling fully relaxed and ready to take on the rest of the weekend!.
