Welcome to Yoga by the Lake!
Join me for a rejuvenating and refreshing evening of Yoga by the Lake! ??♀️
Date & Time: Wednesdays at 6:30pm
Location: Near the lake right off of Fullerton (Pictures to give you more insight of where I am talking about)
Experience a 60-minute energy-healing chakra Hatha Vinyasa flow designed to wake up and stretch your body. Our practice will focus on aligning your chakras, enhancing your energy flow, and finding your inner balance.
What to Bring:
- Your own yoga mat ?♂️
- Water bottle ?
- Towel or blanket
After our yoga session, feel free to stay for some guided tarot readings.
This is the perfect opportunity to connect with nature, center your mind, and leave feeling refreshed and revitalized.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, all levels are welcome. Let's come together, move, breathe, and find our zen by the water.
