Join us for our weekly "Hype, but Chill" yoga + Recovery event hosted by Young People in Recovery at De Anza Cove!About this Event
We meet every Thursday at 5:47 pm at De Anza Cove by the "Parcourse Fitness Center" for an all-levels vinyasa style yoga class + fellowship for those in or seeking recovery + their allies!
All are welcome you don't have to be a young person to join us!
Bring a yoga mat if you have one, and comfortable clothes (we recommend wearing layers)
