About this Event
Explore an alternative side of yoga with a Yoga Burn Workshop! Combine traditional yoga poses with strength-training exercises, resistance movements, and cardio to intensify your practice. Yoga Burn will build endurance while continuing to deepen your breath and meditation practice. Challenge yourself and your traditional yoga ideas when we add HIIT-style movements and pop music! Accessible for all levels.
What to Bring:
- Yoga mat (or two for extra cushioning)
- Water bottle
- Blocks and straps (if you have them, extras will be available)
- An open heart and curious mind!
