Step into the warmth of The Glow Within — a restorative Yoga Budz session designed to help you ground, unwind, and reconnect with your body and spirit after Bloom: The Solstice Within.

This month’s class honors the light that still burns inside us, even in the darker seasons. Through somatic awareness, sound healing, and gentle floor-based yoga, we’ll move through the body with intention — breathing into balance, peace, and gratitude.

What to Expect:
15-minute free-flow social + smoke session (2:30–2:45)
Somatic body sensing + full-body chakra scan with sound bowls
Gentle yoga flow designed for grounding + heart opening

This class invites you to reconnect with yourself — to find your glow within, no matter how dark it gets outside.
