Join us for a magical evening celebrating winter solstice.
The Winter Solstice is a magical time, marking both the shortest day and the longest night. Winter Solstice was important because it marked the rebirth and return of the sun after that shortest day.
This is a time to reflect and turn inwards, listening ton our inner wisdom, thoughts and feelings that have been cultivated in the dark, and bring them into the light.
Tiffany will lead class through a gentle yoga class with stretches grounding us into our practice.
Connie will lead the meditation into restorative postures based on the chakras.
Alba will add a mini sound-bath for the duration of the class for complete restoration.
Tiffany will add an element of reiki to help completely balance our chakras.
