Join us for this collaboration where we combine 3 practices; yoga, concious connected breathwork followed by a soundbath meditation.

What to bring

• Everything from eye mask, blanket, cushioned mat is prepared for you.
• Wear loose comfy clothing, not restricted around the waist ideally
  How should I prepare?
• Refrain from coffee/caffeine for two hours prior
• Refrain from eating two hours prior
• Refrain from alcohol at least 12 hours prior
• Substances that alter brain state are prohibited
• Take note of the contraindications on the purchase page. Breathwork is an incredible modality there are some contraindications that will prohibit some from joining

Info: We'll walk you through the whole experience before hand, particularly the breathwork so you're able to fully let go and enjoy the journey.

Info: Conscious Connected breathwork. Fully guided with music, holds and a big release.
