Yoga + Beer = Heck Ya

If you're over the age of 30, or maybe just unlucky, you probably have back pain. Lucky for you, yoga can fix that. You know what else fixes back pain? Some refreshing brews. Can this combo be anymore perfect?

Actually, yes it can, because your ticket proceeds go to charity. I'm not talking about cold, sterile, online donations. The yoga instructor (yours truly) will be hittin the streets, purchasing real, in-need items for the less fortunate. All hauls will be documented on instagram (@yoyogiyyc) so you can see how your money directly impacts communities in need. The current focus is on poverty alleviation, humanitarian aid, and supporting women of domestic violence.

"But I'm not flexible", "I can't touch my toes", "a downward facing, what?"

Plot twist: nobody cares. Try something new, fall out of shapes, laugh a little, have fun (it's not that serious).

What does your ticket include?

• Good vibes
• 1x 60 minute vinyassa flow class
• 1 x 16oz Core Beer, or 20oz Brewers Tap, or 16oz Zero Proof People Skills (0.5%), or 16oz rotating Kombucha

What to need to bring:

• Good vibes
• Yoga mat

Timing:

• Arrive at 1 pm
• Yoga class to commence at 1:15 pm
• Beer/ social hour will start around 2:30 pm (b/c beer after yoga prevents tummy aches)

Other notes:

• Loads of parking and non-alcoholic options are available
• Don't drink and drive - that's dumb
• Tool Shed brewery is donating their space to support our philanthropic efforts. After the yoga class, say thanks by hanging around for another beer, or some food. Tool Shed will be offering yogis happy hour pricing, all night
