Yoga Basics

Join us for a 4-week educational yoga series designed for beginners and those feeling unsure about starting yoga. Each week, we'll break down common yoga poses step by step, helping you build confidence and understanding. In the final session, you’ll put everything together in a gentle, guided flow. This series offers a supportive space to learn, ask questions, and grow your practice at your own pace.
