About this Event
Self-worth influences every decision we make and every relationship we build. Making Sense of Your Worth follows a step-by-step process designed for individuals who desire the freedom that comes with living in positive self-worth and secure attachment. In a safe and supportive setting, we will explore how life experiences have shaped the way we see ourselves and uncover common “lies” like “I'm not good enough” or “No one would like the real me.” Each session gives practical tools to replace those lies with truth, grow in confidence, and strengthen a positive sense of self. This group is facilitated from a faith perspective.
By the end of the program, participants discover their true value and gain tools they can carry into everyday life and relationships. This group meets for eight weeks, and consistent attendance is important.
Meets Mondays, October 6 - November 24.
You only need to sign-up for the October 6 start date to be registered for the full eight weeks.
