This six week programme runs for six weeks on the same day at the same time for six sessions. Easter holidays are skipped. Session dates are: 6/3, 13/3, 20/3, 27/3, 17/4 and 27/4.Yoga Babies Intermediate supporting movement, milestones & more
This progressive six-week course is designed for babies who are starting to sit up through to those crawling. While this is a general guideline, we know every baby develops at their own pace—so if your baby is a little younger, feel free to get in touch to check suitability.
Building on the foundational benefits of Yoga Babies Beginners, this programme introduces greater challenge to meet your baby where they are now, helping to support their ongoing physical development, coordination and strength, whilst deepening the fun and joyful connection between you both.
Led by H&B’s expert instructor, Sherry Prosser, in our signature small group setting, you’ll receive high-quality individual support in a calm, welcoming environment with a chance to relax, connect, and enjoy this unique stage of your baby’s journey.
