This course runs for six weeks on the same day at the same time for six sessions. Friday 27th Feb is skipped. Course dates: 13/2, 20/2, 6/3, 13/3, 20/3 and 27/3.
This progressive six-week programme is designed for babies who are starting to crawl through to those taking their early steps. While this is a general guideline, we know every baby develops at their own pace—so if your baby is a little younger, feel free to get in touch to check suitability.
Building on the foundational benefits of Yoga Babies Beginners and Intermediate, these sessions introduces greater challenge to meet your baby where they are now, helping to support their ongoing physical development, coordination and strength, whilst deepening a fun and joyful connection between you both.
Led by H&B’s expert instructor, Sherry Prosser, in our signature small group setting, you’ll receive high-quality individual support in a calm, welcoming environment with a chance to relax, connect, and enjoy this unique stage of your baby’s developmental journey.
