Learn the art of shaping and filling pasta parcels like ravioli and tortellini with a ricotta, Parmigiano Reggiano & spinach filling. You’ll take your handmade creations home to cook and enjoy!
Live Pesto Demonstration
Watch Carmela prepare two fresh pestos using traditional methods:
• Artichoke & lemon
• Aubergine
Enjoy with crunchy breadsticks for dipping.
Italian Antipasti Feast
