In partnership with the Carlisle Parks & Rec Department, we are hosting a free, all-levels outdoor yoga class designed to help you move, breathe, and reset in a beautiful natural setting. This class blends gentle flow, mindful movement, and accessible poses to create a welcoming experience for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.Classes will be held on the open grass area along Walnut Bottom Road at Thornwald Park. Please bring a yoga mat or towel, water, and anything else you need to feel comfortable practicing outdoors.
If there is bad weather we'll be announcing cancellations via our website and our socials - facebook, tik tok and instagram.
