Yoga at the Winery

Join us for a relaxing Sunday morning at Lucid Winery in downtown Sacramento!

We’ll start with some gentle stretches to calm and open the body, and then settle into a peaceful sound bath to melt away any stress.

After the class, hang out and enjoy some delicious handcrafted drinks (non-alcoholic options available too)!
