Join us Wednesday, October 1 at 7:00pm for our free monthly class at St. Pete Pier. Chris Wilkinson will lead a class that is grounding and fun, with lots of modifications offered to accommodate everybody. We'll catch some bay breezes as the sun sets over downtown St. Pete. Stick around afterward to explore the Pier!
Donations collected this month will benefit CASA. CASA is the official domestic violence center for Pinellas County and has provided lifesaving services to women, children, and men living with domestic violence for over 40 years. Mission: Challenging the Societal Acceptance of all Forms of Domestic Violence, CASA Stands up to Silence through Advocacy, Prevention, Intervention, and Support Services.
Donations are appreciated but not required! You can contribute when you book the class or via The BE's Venmo at @TheBodyElectricYoga or on-site with cash.
You'll find us at Spa Beach Park, the big, grassy area adjacent to Spa Beach. Check the schedule on our website or in The BE app if you are unsure about weather cancellations, dates, or class time. The schedule is always correct!
