The White Sox would like to welcome members of the Yoga Community (ages 18 and up) to participate in Yoga Day, presented by Guaranteed Rate, at the ballpark on July 14! Yoga Day will include a discounted game ticket, with the opportunity to upgrade to our Pregame Patio Package, a headband and on-field Yoga. Please bring your own mat, towel & water.
Guests can park in Lot F, which open at 8:30 and will enter the stadium through Gate 1 at 9:00. Yoga will begin on the field from 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. CT. After Yoga has ended, guests will exit the ballpark to be able to put away their belongings and will re-enter the stadium when gates open for the game at 11:40 a.m.!
