Yoga at the Farm

Join us for a beautiful outdoor yoga experience surrounded by the peaceful atmosphere of the farm.

This 75-minute all-levels class begins with a gentle yet energizing yoga practice designed to help you release tension, move your body, and reconnect with your breath. We will close the class with a 10-minute guided mindfulness meditation, allowing you to settle the mind and leave feeling grounded and refreshed.

Practicing yoga outdoors adds a special element to the experience — the fresh air, open space, and natural surroundings invite you to slow down and be fully present.

After class, you're warmly invited to stay and enjoy the farm. Grab a fresh juice or coffee, relax in the beautiful setting, and take the opportunity to connect with others and build community.

This class is open to all levels, whether you're brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years.
