Elisa is the founder of "Yogalifemore". She is a certified yoga instructor with more than 12 years of experience, a Sound Practitioner, a breathwork facilitators, she guides meditations and she is a neuroscience expert. Elisa has a passion for sharing the benefits of yoga, creating a safe, supportive, and transformative environment for students of all levels.
