Join us at RefillAbell for an 8-week yoga journey designed to help you pause, ground, and reconnect mid-week.
These sessions are open to all levels, whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice.
Avni trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in India in 2017. She's then gone on to teach across London whilst diving deeper into the yoga world and training in Yin yoga, kids yoga and pre- and post-natal yoga. Yoga helped her find her feet again but also helped her find her community and she's excited to share both of those aspects with you all.
So come take a mid-week break, stretch, breathe, and share a calming hour in good company. All are welcome.
Arrive from 7:30–8:00pm to enjoy a free hot drink and 10% discounted shopping in a relaxed, welcoming space.
Yoga runs from 8:00–9:00pm, focusing on gentle movement, grounding, and creating a deeper connection to yourself and those around you.
After the session, there’s time to stay, chat, and connect mindfully with others with the teachings around Ubuntu as our guide.
