Yoga classes for all abilities: during each session you will be focusing on your body and mind through the use of your breath. You will be guided through each asana (pose) with a focus on your own ability. You will experience a 50 minute asana practice and a 10 minute meditation practice (deep relaxation). At the end of the session you will feel re-energised, balanced and calm. Your body and mind will feel lifted and more in harmony.Mats and props are provided if needed.
