Yoga at Pease Park (1st Sundays)

Hi there! My name is Allyson and I teach yoga and mindfulness in Austin, TX. These community sessions are intended to connect Austin locals to nature through mindfulness practice. All experience levels are welcome. Hope to see you soon!

When: Every 1st Sunday 6-7pm (time changed for summer heat!!)

Where: Live Oak Meadow, Pease Park

Bring: yoga mat/towel and water

**NOTE our location is NOT in the sports field near the basketball courts and treehouse!! We are further north at the Live Oak Meadow. On a map, this is near Windsor Rd E and Parkway OR right across from the Snead-Rieck House.

**MAY 3rd session CANCELLED! JUNE 7th session is ON! See you in summer! :)
