Join us for a fun, feel-good Vinyasa flow at Lost Barrel Brewing, an award-winning, family-owned brewery in the charming southern town of Middleburg, VA. We’ll mix a little heat, a little stretch, and a whole lot of “I actually had fun doing yoga”, all to a perfectly curated playlist. Perfect for first-timers, flexy folks, and everyone in between.
When & What to Know: March 21st, 10–11 AM. Bring your own mat and plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early for parking and setup. The class will take place in the Loft space which is on the second level above the taproom. Stick around afterward to hang out, sip, and soak in the brewery vibes. Bring your friends—we’ll handle the rest.
Class will be led by Taylor Welch, your hometown yogi and wellness guide bringing fun, accessible, holistic wellness to local communities and beyond.
