We believe in making wellness accessible. A $10 suggested donation is requested at the door to support the instructor and HCG's programming. Your generosity helps us continue to bring unique community events like this to life.
What to Bring:
To ensure a comfortable and productive session, participants are kindly asked to bring the following:
- A yoga or exercise mat
- Water or a reusable water bottle
- Wear comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of motion.
