This class will be a gentle meditative pace, including meditation, traditional sun salutations & hatha yoga poses which will be held longer encouraging peace & calm as we enjoy practicing in the beauty of the gardens at Haddo House.
What do I need:
Please bring your own yoga mat and blanket.
