Yoga at Gem Creek Brewing benefitting The Spot

Yoga + beer for a good cause! Come check out Canandaigua's newest gem of a brewery, Gem Creek, for a gentle all-levels yoga class, and then stay for a beer of your choice. A portion of ticket sales will benefit The Spot, a local 501(c)3 organization providing food, clothing, and supplies for area children and families in need.
This one hour class is designed to relax you and encourage mind/body awareness through mindful movement, breath work, and meditation.
