About this Event
Get stretchy on a Saturday morning with a 60-minute beach yoga flow class. Every other weekend from 10.00am you can experience a fun and energising class led by experienced Yogi, Cassie, founder of Pop Up Yoga Club - as well as guest teachers who will bring their unique styles to the sand.
From Vinyasa to Yin, and Power to Acro, there’ll be something new to try each week. At this Thames-side beach spot, yogis can experience a little slice of paradise each Saturday morning, surrounded by palm trees and beach huts.
The class is suitable for all levels, from those who’ve never done a Downward Dog, to those who’ve nailed Pincha Mayurasana - Pop Up at the Beach can be adapted to suit all levels and style. The class will follow fluid sequencing with a spirit of playfulness, from breathwork and meditation, to the occasional dance party – it is all about letting go and enjoying the flow!
Class tickets cost £20 and also include entry to Neverland London.
