This offering is the hugely popular Yoga & Tea on Ayr Beach (across from the Horizon Hotel).This event is not to be missed, there will be yoga, there will be tea, just bring yourself, your mat and a chair to sit on round the fire where we will drink tea after a lovely cold water dip (if you wish, not mandatory).
