All yoga asanas, meditations, breathwork and tarot cards are optional, feel free to subscribe to exactly what you chose. Please bring your own mat, your own water and whatever else it is that you need to feel at ease.

DISCLAIMER: This class is run by one woman, I wish there was a collective of us but its all me. That being said please have some patience with me. I don't allow last minute RSVP's because I like to plan ahead if I'm going to the park that day. IF I DON'T RECEIVE ANY RSVP, I MAY NOT COME TO THE PARK THAT DAY SO PLEASE RSVP IF YOU EXPECT TO SEE ME SATURDAY. If we do communicate and I say I'm on my way please meditate and wait for me at the park. If I say I'm coming, I am coming. Be pateint with me.

PARKING: Parking is free. Fill up your car with your favorite people and come through. Carpool if posible and enjoy a day at Santa Monica Beach post class.
