15:00 Registration and Payment, giving out wetsuits and surfboards
15:30 Dynamic Yoga warm up and Intro with Johanna
15:45 Surf lesson with Brian from Hooked Surf School (75min)
16:30 Break to get changed, showered and snack
17:00 Relaxing Yoga lesson at the beach
18:00 Finish and enjoy the beach

To bring: Beach towel for yoga, sun protection, layers and some water.
