Our morning together will include:
✨ 90 minutes of uplifting energetic flow
✨ 15 minutes of deep relaxation and stillness
✨ Freshly prepared natural healing juices
✨ One hour of sauna and cold-water immersion
We will begin at 10:00 AM and conclude at 1:00 PM, leaving you refreshed and renewed for the rest of your day.
Spaces are limited to six participants, ensuring a peaceful and intimate experience.

The investment for this retreat is £55 (plus a £1.50 card fee).
Tickets are non-refundable, however, your place may be transferred to another person in the event of cancellation.
