What to bring
We have all the props you need, including mats, blankets, and blocks, but you are welcome to bring your own.
Use these helpful tips to prepare:
- Dress for comfort
- Be on time at least 5-10mins. before the start time.
- Turn off your phone upon arrival
- Prepare your space - a yoga mat and props will be provided.
- Clear your mind - plan to relax.
- Take care of your body before and after the session. Use the restroom prior to and after the experience, hydrate, and get a good night's rest
