About this Event
Join in at the Self-Love Studio. We’ll begin with mindful movement, focusing on proper alignment, breath awareness, and intentional transitions to release physical tension and create balance in the body. This portion is accessible to all levels and encourages you to move at your own pace while tuning inward.
As the body softens, you’ll be guided into a restorative sound meditation experience. Using instruments such as singing bowls and chimes, the sound journey promotes deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and mental clarity.
