About this Event
Join us as we open our minds and hearts Saturday, April 27th at 2:00pm with a Yoga and Sound Healing event at Hideout 27 x Co-Fitness! Treat yourself to an afternoon of nourishing your mind body and soul!?
The event will be led by Lisa Love teaching a restorative yoga class accompanied by Laura guiding us through the class with her sound healing. We will wrap up the event at Hideout27 with complementary Fresh Watermelon Juice and Ginger shots. The event will be donation based with all proceeds going to Miami Diaper Bank, an incredible organization that helps mothers and children in need!
