Yoga & Sound Healing

We will begin the event with a 30 minute yoga session lead by Camilla followed by a 30 minute Sound Healing session lead by Laura. We will wrap up the event at Hideout27 with complementary Fresh Watermelon Juice and Ginger shots. The event will be donation based with all proceeds going to Miami Diaper Bank, an incredible organization that helps mothers and children in need!
