Step onto the mat and flow through a 20-minute, beginner-friendly yoga class followed by a 30-minute meditative sound bath. Led by TMI faculty, this class takes inspiration from Imagination Station’s new exhibit and delves into the mind-body connection through sequenced movement, much like the Ancient Egyptians. 🌞
Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or this is your first time on the mat, come discover a refreshing practice filled with mindfulness and movement. 🌿
*Yoga mats will be provided, but it's recommended to bring blankets and pillows for the sound bath.
