We will be gently lighting the old Hall as we invite you to explore a host of wonderful practices during the evening.
Jess will guide you with kindness through a gentle Yoga class suitable for all abilities.
After a peaceful Guided Mediation with Jen, Lucie's beautiful Sound Bath will take place and we will close the evening with a short, intention setting cacao ceremony.
During a Sound Bath you will experience a relaxing soundscape and energy alignment using soothing sounds from ancient gongs, singing bowls and more.
We fell in love with Shutlanger Hall as soon as we arrived, it is so sweet and we cannot wait to share it with you.
