Tier 1: Yoga only starts at 5:45 pm and ends at 6:45 pm

Tier2: Yoga+ somatic dance + sound-healing starts at 5:45pm and ends at 8:45 pm

SOMAtic Dance invites you to drop into your senses and leave everything else at the door. An evening of energetic embodiment through yoga, dance, and sound healing amidst the backdrop of one of San Francisco's most iconic spaces, this is the panacea you've been seeking.

Featuring mind-boggling visuals, vibrant acoustics, and a stimulating community, this evening ritual will leave you charged up and ready for whatever comes next.

Event Flow:

Art Bar Open Lounge (5:45 PM - 6:00 PM)

Arrival and Socializing: Participants arrive, settle in, and enjoy the open lounge area with tea and light refreshments.

Setting the Tone: Soft music and ambient lighting create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere for participants to transition into the evening.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class with Live DJ (6:00 PM - 6:45 PM)

Guided by Yoga Instructor: A 45-minute vinyasa flow yoga class designed to limber up participants for the dance floor.

SOMAtic Dance Party (6:45 PM - 8:30 PM)

Free-Form Dance: Participants are invited to express themselves through free-form dance, moving to the DJ's eclectic mix of tracks.

Mind-Boggling Visuals: Stunning visuals enhance the dance experience, creating a mesmerizing and immersive environment.

Stimulating Community: A safe and enthusiastic space for all modes of movement expression, encouraging interaction and shared energy among participants.

Sound Healing Session (8:30 PM - 8:45 PM)

Guided Sound Healing: A 15-minute sound healing session to close out the evening, helping participants transition from high-energy movement to a state of relaxation and calm.

The dance party is the heart of the event, offering a liberating space for participants to express themselves through movement. The combination of live music, visuals, and community energy creates an electrifying atmosphere that encourages uninhibited dance and connection.
