Saturday 9th November | 09.30 - 12.00Experience ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation with our Yoga & Relaxation Morning. We begin with flowing gentle yoga, breath work, and meditation designed for all abilities, helping you find inner peace and relaxation. After our practice, we’ll take a break for some tasty refreshments and a chance to connect with our community. Then we’ll get cosy and comfortable for a guided deep relaxation session, where you can let go of any tension in both your body and mind. All this will be accompanied by essential oils, candles, and the soothing sound of crystal singing bowls. Don’t miss out on this ultimate wellness experience that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
All refreshments and equipment are included, I'll be providing mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets and eye pillows, but if you have any equipment of your own you would like to bring you are more than welcome. Just wear comfortable clothes and warm, cosy layers. Don’t forget to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout the session too.
