About this Event
Join us for a relaxing and uplifting Yoga & R&B wellness experience for women. This beginner-friendly class is designed to help you slow down, move your body, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive and welcoming space.
During this session, you will be guided through a gentle yoga flow set to an R&B playlist, creating a calming atmosphere that blends movement, music, and mindfulness. Whether you are new to yoga or have experience, this class is meant to be accessible, grounding, and enjoyable.
This event is also an opportunity to connect with other women in the community while prioritizing wellness and self-care.
What to expect:
• A beginner-friendly yoga flow led by a certified instructor
• A relaxing R&B soundtrack to support the flow
• A small, intimate group to create a comfortable environment

Yoga mats will be provided for all attendees to help create a curated and comfortable space. You are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early so everyone can settle in and we can begin the session on time.
