9.30- 3.30 PM
‘Creativity requires a steady foundation and open space.'
On this day, we will find a strong foundation—the ground of being—through our Yoga practice and open up to the inner space of the intuitive and joyful Self. We will nourish it with a delicious and wholesome lunch, soulful conversations and herbal teas throughout the day.
Building on the foundations set in the morning’s practice, we will look to deepen and open our creative Self in the art of pottery.
You will be gently guided in using the method and movement of coil building to create unique objects formed in clay.
Day Itinerary:
9.30-11.15 AM, Shapeshifting through Yoga with Ivana
11.30-12.30 PM, Wholesome Ayurveda Inspired Lunch
12.30-3 PM, Pottery with Nathalie from www.bynoo.co.uk, located right next door to Happy Om Studio
3-3.30 PM, Closing Circle, Tea & Treats
Spaces are limited to 8 souls, and the investment for the whole day is £130.
