We are creating a space for you to slow down, listen, let go, and soften into the present moment and yourself.
Starting off with gentle movement guided by Layla, and poetry woven in by Swan, you’ll be invited to feel, reflect, and simply be—right here, as you are.
Follow your breath through the different elements of this evening and with each step, sink more into stillness and acceptance, connecting with yourself, the moment, and the world around you.

💞 Your Facilitators
Layla is a yoga teacher from the Netherlands whose teaching blends a variety of styles she has studied and practiced over the years, including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Restorative yoga. Her approach is accessible and grounded, emphasising mindful movement, breath awareness, and connection to the body.
Swan is a writer and empowerment coach whose work explores the human experience with depth and clarity. With a background in psychology and global health, her debut book Life of a Rainbow invites readers to embrace authenticity and the full spectrum of their experiential world. Now based in Gothenburg (Sweden), she creates spaces for others to cultivate connection through writing, reflection, and personal growth.

This event is a free event—we only ask you to contribute 50SEK for the ingredients for dinner. SWISH 50SEK and sign with your name and the name of the event to 076 434 2207 (Swantje Hering) AND register via the link below to finalise your registration.

We request you to be on time as we will start the event at 5pm. Doors will close 5 minutes after we start. We are creating a space to take you on a journey. To be able to do so we require a closed container.
If you RSVP, please commit to showing up. This is a small event with only 10 spots available. Late cancellations mean that a person who would have wanted to participate will not be able to enter the space.
We will take pictures during the event. If you wish to not have any pictures or videos taken, please reach out to Layla or Swan on the day of the event.
