Yoga, Pilates & Meditation
We'll practice yoga early morning and evening, with lunch time pilates by the pool and beach side meditations.
Starting your day with an energising sunrise mindful vinyasa flow or a prebreakfast slow wake up .
You'll set yourself up for the day ahead by moving in time with your breath, and strengthening and stretching all your major muscle groups. With three Senior yoga & pilates teachers there will be ample opportunity for personal attention, to ask questions and to deepen your practice by learning how to adapt the postures to best suit the needs of your own body.
Each evening we will wind us down with a calming and grounding practice drawing on yin and restorative styles of yoga, rounded off with a guided relaxation.
In addition, we will also practice some simple meditation and breathing techniques that are perfect for keeping the relaxed vibe going even after you get back home to real life.

Cancellation****
If you cancel more than 30 days before the retreat start date, the cancellation fee is 50% of the retreat fee. All CC transactions will also be taken form any camcellations
If you within 30 days of the start of the retreat, the cancellation fee is 100% of the retreat fee.
