Welcome to a cozy Sunday ritual of movement, warmth, and joyful togetherness.
We begin with a fluid 75-minute yoga journey, followed by gentle integration in stillness. From there, we gather for a lovingly prepared pancake brunch, crafted with care by Artjom, our in-house kitchen wizard and co-creator of the UHU sanctuary.
The space then opens into rounds of steamy magic — a hidden, heart-opening realm that melts away layers and invites soft surrender. (You’ll know it when you feel it. Just bring a towel.)
To close the day, we invite a surprise guest offering — perhaps a sound bath, Reiki, storytelling, or something else sweet and subtle — before resting into silence and return.
