Welcome to the Entrepreneurs Wellbeing & Networking Event!

Start the new year with clarity, connection and self-care

What to expect:

09:30 Welcome, introduction and intention setting: Reflect and align with your goals as we enter a new quarter of 2025. We'll provide you with prompts to help you define your vision and mindset for success.

09:45 Self-Care Yoga Flow designed to help you relax, recharge and reconnect with your inner self. This practice is suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced. The carefully curated sequence will offer a full body stretch, release tension from the body and calm and focus the mind

10:30 We will move into our networking session over a cup of herbal tea or coffee and connect with like-minded entrepreneurs who value wellbeing and growth.

This is the first of a series of Entrepreneurs Wellbeing events we are planning for 2026, we will keep the group small to ensure a high quality experience for everyone.

This event is hosted by Allison Harrison, owner of Hot Yoga Edinburgh and Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of Stirling, where she is an honorary Professor of Entrepreneurship. Allison has owned her award winning business for over eleven years, she was named in the Top Ten Women Entrepreneurs to Watch in Scotland at the BWS Awards on 22nd November 2024. Allison knows first hand how important self-care and connections are to entrepreneurs and this event has been designed to support entrepreneurs in a practical, effective way.
