Hello beautiful souls✨
I’m inviting you to join the second edition of Yoga & Movement Talks! We will start with a short Vinyasa yoga class to settle down and feel more grounded in our bodies.
Later onwards we will sit on the grass to meet & speak English (minimum B1 required). The main topic of the meeting is Movement🤸 This weekend we will be answering the following questions:
- What was your first experience with movement? What kinds of movement felt “allowed” or “not allowed” when you were growing up?
- What type of activity do you look for when you feel stressed, happy, sad? What emotions are easiest for you to express through movement?
- Has technology improved or reduced movement in your life? What do you think about fitness tracking apps and smart watches?
I will be moderating the meeting so that everyone has equal chance to speak. You can also take notes if you wish. The aim of this part is conversational and I’m sure that there will be some beautiful expressions worth remembering💚
⌛️Duration: 45min yoga and 1h15min talks
📍Location: Park Reagana in Gdańsk
📅Date and hour: 17th of May, 11am-1pm+-
To take: blanket and/or yoga matt, water and some snacks if you wish :)

••• About me: I am a certified RYT 200 Multistyle yoga instructor. Over the years, I have organized various local and charity events, including “Yoga in the Park” and “Yoga for WOŚP,” focused on promoting body awareness and psycho-physical wellbeing.
I have also led yoga classes in studios and corporate workshops combining movement and company values. One of the aspects I value most is creating spaces that bring people together and help to build local communities.
I am a graduate of Iberian Studies, fluent in both English and Spanish, and open to new collaborations related to yoga, wellbeing, and language-based work.•••
