This 5-week beginner series is designed to introduce you to yoga and mindfulness in a supportive, educational, and approachable environment. Each class will focus on understanding postures, learning proper alignment, using props effectively, and practicing standing, balancing, and floor poses—including foundational postures like Warriors.
By the end of the series, you’ll feel clearer, stronger, and more confident practicing yoga anywhere.

About the Series
This beginner-friendly series is designed to introduce students to the foundations of yoga and mindfulness in a supportive, educational, and approachable environment.
Each class will focus on:
- Understanding why we practice specific postures
- Learning proper alignment and the purpose of poses
- Exploring how and when to use props (blocks, straps, etc.)
- Practicing standing, balancing, and floor postures—including Warriors and other foundational poses
Students will move at a steady, accessible pace, building strength, balance, and confidence week by week.
