About this Event
Start your day with a grounding yoga session led by local yoga influencer Amanda Shapiro, also known as @dallas_yogagirl on Instagram. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this class welcomes all levels, focusing on gentle flows and mindful breathing to promote relaxation and inner balance.
After finding your zen on the mat, continue the blissful vibes with a mimosa and view of the Fields Ranch golf courses. Be sure to bring your mat and water bottle for class!
Admission for the event is $15 and includes class and one complimentary mimosa or mocktail. Additional beverages and lunch are available for purchase at surrounding restaurants in the PGA District.
This is an outdoor event and event registration is required. Class size is limited so please be sure to register early.
**Class is open to all ages, but guests must be 21+ to enjoy a mimosa. ID checks are required.
