This donation based weekly flow is getting a special guest teacher this week!
Nazli will teach an all levels slow flow followed by a portion of long-held deep stretches, and Gretchen will offer hands on massage style adjustments during the stretches and savasana to those that want it.
Join us in the main church room of St Andrews by-the-sea to rejuvenate our bodies and minds.
